Organizing committee of Astana Economic forum invites applications for position of Coordinator assistant for upcomingV Astana Economic Forum which will be held on May 23-24, 2012 in Astana.

Duties: Accreditation of participants, accompanying guests, translations, accommodation, transportation, media, maintenance of cultural activities within the forum, etc.
Review of applications will begin by May of 2012; Candidates who has passed the 1 stage will be invited for an interview. Salary is commensurate with education and experience and collective bargaining guidelines.

Working as acoordinator assistant is an opportunity to become a part of a cohesiveteam, get invaluable experience in organizing international events, to developprofessional and personal qualities.

STAGES

Stage 1:
At the first stage of the recruitment process, we perform initial selection of candidates based 
on obtained CVs and Covering Letters. Each application is examined in detail for 
accordance with the job profile. 
Before preparing your CV and Covering Letter do get familiar with our company, the nature of 
our activities. Relevant information that will help you in familiarizing yourself with our company can be found on our website. 
The first stage requires brief written confirmation letter, curriculum vitae, cover letter and username from G-global communication platform. Contact e-mail address: forum@aef.kz

Step 2:
The second step of the recruitment process requires an active participation on G-global communication platform (creation of topic / active participation/comments) during a week / month (depends on position).

Stage 3:
Selected candidates will be asked to send a written essay in 2 international languages. (depends on position)

Stage 4:
Selected candidates will be invited for a first interview which will be held in 2 international languages. Throughout the fourth stage, we evaluate potential candidates on the basis of their personality, as well as qualifications and competencies in relation to the position. During the first interview, potential candidates can expect questions about their experience, education, professional goals, interests, and 
knowledge about our company.

Stage 5:
Candidates will be invited for interview with the head of department. We aim to verify your personality, language skills, motivation to work and teamwork skills. The interview is also an opportunity for you to learn more about our company, the position for which you apply, our organizational culture and our business values. 

Step 6: 
People who successfully finished step no 5, will be invited for an interview with the Chairman of Executive Body of EECSA. 


Step 5 - Final Interview

We intend this to be the last stage of the recruitment process. Our evaluation is based on the entire 
recruitment process, in which the candidate has participated. The successful applicant is 
subsequently offered a position.
Candidates who score the highest points will be eligible to enter the next level. If candidate didn’t pass the stages, CV and cover letter can be sent only after six months after the first submission.
Documents of all candidates will be kept in EECSA database and, if necessary, applicants may be called for internships/ volunteer work/ vacant positions.
