1) Expert on international relations:
- Experience in communications and networking with international organizations and companies;
- Higher education in the field of international relations and / or International Business (Asian region: China, Korea, Japan, Middle East);

2) Economist:
- Experience in research projects in international organizations;

3) Expert on developing the Web content:
- Work experience in social networks and online business;

4) Specialist on web promotion:
- Work experience in social networks and the Internet business;

5) Web programmer:
- Experience of programming in IT projects to develop social networks, online banking and / or Internet business;

- Responsibility and diligence;

6) Moderator of the AEF Virtual Forum:
- Work experience as a moderator of social forums;
- Higher education;
- Experience in the site administration;
- Fluent English, Russian and Kazakh;
- Responsibility and diligence;

7) Journalist:
- Experience in print and electronic media;
- Higher education;
- Portfolio of articles and papers;
- Fluent English, Russian and other foreign languages;
- Responsibility and diligence;

Note: Applicants must reside in Astana (registered /or willing to relocate). Speak the state, Russian and English languages (spoken and written). 

Wage depends on the passage of the stages, confirming skills at work, compliance with the qualification requirements of the post or the staffing arrangements (in the case of employment on a contractual basis).
Probationary period is 1 month

STAGES

1st stage: applying for vacant positions, requires a brief written confirmation of the candidate, CV, reference letter and registration login on the Virtual Forum. Contact e-mail address: forum@aef.kz.
2nd stage: after confirming, the participation in the Virtual Forum (opening a theme / participation in topics / active participation in sections) during a week / month (depending on position).
3^rd stage: written task on 2 international languages (depending on position)
4th stage: oral interview in two international languages (depending on position)
5^th stage: interview with the head of department
6th stage: interview with the Chairman of the EECSA Executive Body
7^th stage: hiring / acceptance of documents
8st stage: familiarization with the organization / work / team
