Trademark policy
When journalists use official Forum information or direct quotations from Forum participants, the material should include a reference to the Astana Economic Forum. In addition, online media should include a link to the Forum Web site at www.aef.kz. Alterations, embellishments or distortions of any Forum-supplied information are prohibited.
Print media — Any article or interview about the Astana Economic Forum must contain a reference to the Astana Economic Forum, in the form of text or the official logo. Television/radio — Any video or interview taken at the Astana Economic Forum must include a reference to the Astana Economic Forum, in the form of text or the official logo.
Online publications — Any article or interview dealing with the Astana Economic Forum must include a reference to the Astana Economic Forum, in the form of text or the official logo.
Photography — any photograph taken at the Astana Economic Forum must include a reference to the Astana Economic Forum, in the form of text or the official logo.
Blogs/social networking sites — Information obtained through participation in the Astana Economic Forum must be accurate. Statements made by Astana Economic Forum parents also must be accurate. In addition, such statements should not be used without participants’ permission. In addition, bloggers, social networking sites and others must ensure accurate online use of Forum materials they found on the Web.
Forum organizers assume no responsibility for statements that participants make in the blogosphere or on social networking sites. The Astana Economic Forum reserves the right to use articles, photographs and video that media representatives generated during preparations for the Forum or during the Forum itself. If used, the Forum will credit those who generated the material.
