Regulation for Information Partners of the V Astana Economic Forum
1. General provisions
1.2. Information support is provided by the principle of mutually beneficial cooperation (media barter) and agreed both by the media partner and organizer of the Forum.
1.3. Organizers considering counter offers and options for possible co-operation to create an individual package of the Information Partner for your company.
2. Types of partnership
- General Information Partner
- Official Information Partner
- Accredited Partner
2.2. Depending on the arrangement and volume of the rendered information support the Organizer confers the above mentioned statuses to Information Partners.
- · The status of a General Information Partner can be granted to one of the largest Kazakhstani or foreign TV channels, or the media holding, which possesses the vast resources of information distribution, by the decision of the Forum’s Organizers and on the ground of the informational-advertising support rendered in the agreed volume.
- · The status of an Official Information Partner can be granted to several Kazakhstani or foreign TV channels, print media, radio stations, web-portals by the decision of the Forums’ Organizers and on the ground of the informational-advertising support rendered in the agreed volume.
- · The status of an Accredited Partner can be received by any type of media, which informs about the Forum’s activity.
3. The General Information Partner
3.1. The services provided by the Organizer:
- · In case of need, the negotiating with the Forums’ participants for the participation in the Company’s television broadcast;
- · Insert of Company’s booklet (magazine, etc.) to the handout package;
- · Publication of the information about the Company and its chief executive officer to the Forum’s Program;
- · Support in carrying out exclusive interviews with the key participants (negotiating with participants about carrying out interview, preparation of location for interviewing, etc.);
- · Granting of the right to Company’s own promotion activities during Forum’s period;
- · Granting of the right to siting of the Company’s separate standard stand for the period of Forum’s operation in the Palace of Independence lobby (the size of stand should be agreed upon with the Organizers);
- · Granting of special location for interviewing with the Forum’s participants;
- · Placement of Company’s banner and status on the home page of Forum www.aef.kz.
- · Placement of Company’s logotype in the Forum’s handouts, which are included into the Forum’s handout package with an indication of the General Information Partner status;
- · Placement of Company’s logotype in the “Information Partners” section, on the Forum’s web-site www.aef.kz with the General Information Partner note;
- · Placement of Company’s logotype in the advertising booklets;
- · Placement of Company’s advertising module in the Forums’ Program;
- · Placement of the full-color two-page (double-page spread) advertising block of А4 size in the “Eurasian Economic Review “ Forum’s magazine, which is distributed among the Government Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, big companies, Forums’ participants, as well as in various events;
- · Distribution of Company’s souvenir and presentation production (provided by Company) in venues of sections, conferences and presentations during the Forum’s period;
- · Reference about Company’s status in Forum’s press-releases.
3.2. The volume of information support, provided by the General Information Partner, in exchange for the Organizer’s services, indicated in the item 3.1 of present Regulations
- · Placement of announced TV commercial (total amount of display is not less than 50);
- · Possible organization of mobile television station and satellite station for organizing live broadcasting: plenary session – on May 23 and interactive debates "The leaders’ dialogue: new financial and economic policy”– on May 24, 2012 or tape delay as agreed upon the Organizer. Provision of all video materials about the AEF issued on air;
- · Organization of special TV reporting about the Forum;
- · Organization of special TV program, devoted to the Forum;
- · Possibility to organize the direct debates or discussions between the Forums’ participants;
- · Daily placement of materials about the Forum in the period of its operation in the news programs;
- · Placement of announced information in the news before the Forum’s starting;
- · Provision of direct mobile station and satellite stations for live broadcasting;
- · Placement of the Forum’s press-releases, logotype on TV channel’s web-site;
- · Production of a documentary film, devoted to the Forum.
By print media:
- · Placement of the Forum’s advertising module (6 modules in total) before the Forum’s starts working;
- · Placement of article and interview about the Forum (2 publications) before the Forum’s starts working;
- · Placement of article and interview about the Forum during the Forum’s period (May 21-24, 2012);
- · Summary article about the Forum;
- · Placement of information about all Forum’s press conferences;
- · Placement of the Forum’s banner in the edition’s web-site;
- · Placement of information about the Forum on the edition’s web-site;
- · Provision of all photo and text materials at disposal of the Forum’s Organizers.
By information agencies and web-portals:
- · Placement of the Forum’s banner on the newswire web-site or web-portal;
- · Placement of the Forum’s press releases on the news line (before, within the period of and after the Forum);
- · Placement of interview with the VIP speakers on the newswire site (within the period of the Forum);
- · Placement of information about the Forum (before and within the period of Forum’s working);
- · Summary article about the Forum.
4. The Official Information Partner
- · Placement of the Company’s logotype in the Forum’s handouts (Program, booklets, brochures);
- · Placement of advertising module in the Forum’s Program;
- · Placement of Company’s banner on home page of the Forum’s web-site;
- · Placement of Company’s logotype in the “Information Partners” section, on the Forum’s site www.aef.kz with the Official Information Partner note;
- · Placement of a full-color one page advertising module in the “Eurasian Economic Review” Forum’s special magazine, which is distributed among the Government Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, big companies, Forum’s participants, as well as in the various events;
- · Placement of information about the Company to Forum’s Program;
- · Placement of the Company’s logotype in the Forum’s handouts, which are included in to the Forum’s handout package with the indication of Official Information Partner status;
- · Placement of Company’s advertising banner (the banner is provided by the Company) on the territory of Forum takes place;
- · Distribution of Company’s souvenir and presentation production (provided by Company) in venues of sections, conferences and presentations during the Forum’s period;
- · Support in carrying out exclusive interview with key participants (negotiating with participants about the carrying out interview, preparation of location for interviewing, petc.).
- · Assistance in interview organizing with the Forum’s participants;
- · nclusion of Company’s booklets (magazine, etc.) in the Forum’s package.
4.2. The volume of information support, provided by Official Information Partner, in exchange for the Organizer’s services, indicated in the item 4.1 of present Regulations.
- · Placement of announced TV commercial;
- · Special stories in the news about the Forum during the preparation of the Forum;
- · Invitation of experts, speakers and Forum’s organizers to social and economic and social broadcasts for interviewing and commenting before the Forum starts working;
- · Placement of the Forum’s banner in the edition’s web-site;
- · Interview with Kazakhstan and foreign Forum’s participants with emphasis on VIP;
- · Detailed story (up to 10 min.) in the information-analytical program dedicated to the results of the event;
- · Production of audio-video dedicated to the Forum.
By print media:
- · Placement of the Forum’s advertising module (6 modules in total) before the Forum’s starts working;
- · Placement of article or interview about the Forum before the Forum’s starts working;
- · Placement of article and interview about the Forum during the Forum’s period (May 21-24, 2012);
- · Summary article about the Forum;
- · Placement of information about the Forum on the edition’s web-site;
- · Provision of all photo and text materials at disposal of the Forum’s Organizers
By information agencies and web-portals:
- ·Placement of the Forum’s banner on the newswire web-site or web-portal;
- ·Placement of the Forum’s press releases on the news line (before, within the period of and after the Forum);
- ·Placement of information about the Forum (before and within the period of Forum’s working);
- ·Summary article about the Forum.
By radio stations:
- ·Placement of advertising;
- ·Interview with the Forum’s participants (before, in the period of and after the Forum)
5. The Accredited Partner
- · It is required to fill in application form http://www.aef.kz/en/registration.php;
- · Possibility of working in Media-City;
- · Possibility of working in the Internet zone;
- · Participation in the press-conference (events announce);
- · Participation in the briefing for the journalists (past and up-coming events);
- · Participation in the press-conferences on the Forum’s topics and in the final press-conference;
- · Possibility of all open events visit.
5.2. The volume of information support, provided by the Accredited Partner, in exchange for the Organizers’ services, indicated in the item 5.1of present Regulations.
- · Information about the Forum’s work in their editions.
6. The period of a partnership
6.1. The period of partnership in the framework of present Regulations is effective as on the date of Agreement about cooperation till 30.09.2012.
