Terms of Services for participants and media on www.aef.kz
- General provisions
- The Agreement is concluded between the LEA “Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists” Association (hereinafter called the “EECSA”) and service users on a website of EECSA Astana Economic Forum www.aef.kz (hereinafter called the website).
- During the registration User accepts the terms of the Agreement relating to the use of Services. If you disagree with the terms of the Agreement, User shall cease using the Website except for services not included in this Agreement.
- Terms of use of other services can be optionally established in the rules of relevant sections of the Website.
- Services
- User agrees to complete the registration and accreditation forms, provide necessary information on the requirements of Personal Profile and requests of EECSA in order to take part in Astana Economic Forum.
- Personal profile services are only available after completing the registration form.
- To provide services in full, in particular to check the acknowledgement of accreditation of Users in the list of participants and/or organization of planned meetings between registered and accredited users, general information (name, organization, position, country of the user) can be accessible to Users of the Website on Personal profile page. General information and photos of participants will be available only to registered Users of the website in Personal profile page.
- User agrees that participation in Astana Economic Forum as a moderator, speaker, VIP, user information (except contact information), are widely available in the respective modules and sections of the Website
- User acknowledges and agrees that the Service may contain advertisements, requests for additional information that are a prerequisite of EECSA Services and third parties.
- User agrees that the services provided by third parties through the website are governed by appropriate www.aef.kz or additional agreements between User and third parties.
- User agrees that the services provided by third parties through the www.aef.kz Website are governed by appropriate or additional agreements between the User and third parties.
- At full or partial use of information (texts, photos, and video), a hyperlink to the source of this website is compulsory.
- The Users’ Rights and Responsibilities
- At registration User provides correct, accurate and complete information about him/herself in the Registration Form, as well as updates and supplements the information in Personal Profile page till he/she receives User accreditation, which entitles you to participate in Astana Economic Forum.
- User chooses a unique login name (account) and password to access the Personal Profile page.
- User can use all services and information provided in Astana Economic Forum website.
- User has the right to refuse services and to provide information only if it does not violate the requirements of mandatory fields and services.
- User may register one or more members (members of Astana Economic Forum) through Personal profile page only after a request to the Website and access confirmation to the relevant section of the Personal Profile.
- User is solely responsible for the registration of third parties, for provided data and information.
- After accreditation, a user must comply with all required procedures and Website rules on www.aef.kz to attend the Astana economic forum on May 22-24, 2012.
- User agrees to provide EECSA additional requested information/services and information for accreditation on timely basis. In case of violation of terms of services, the User will be responsible for all outcomes.
- In order to create safe work from loss and data corruption, after completion of work the User should sing out from Personal Profile.
- EECSA’ Rights and Responsibilities
- EECSA has the right to deny accreditation without notice in any of the following cases:
- Provided incorrect, incomplete information;
- Provided inaccurate information;
- Provided irrelevant files, photos, etc.;
- The user does not respond, does not respond to requests, EECSA messages within 2 weeks after registration on the Website.
- EECSA has the right to request additional information to confirm the accreditation in order to participate in Astana Economic Forum.
- EECSA has the right to gather information to prepare statistical reports about all Users.
- EECSA is authorized to send messages to registered Users with information about new developments in existing services, as well as news and updates on issues and activities of Astana Economic Forum, EECSA.
- EECSA has the right to distribute messages to the members to get feedback on the site, the quality of service delivery, services, information and results of participation in Astana Economic Forum.
- EECSA is not responsible for any loss or damage of information and/or unauthorized access caused by failure of the user's authority on the Website.
- EECSA shall take all measures to provide Website services in full, on time and accurately manner.
- EECSA shall take all measures to protect and secure all confidential data.
- EECSA reserves the right to transfer Users information to law enforcement and government agencies under the first request of the relevant authorities.
- EECSA is not responsible for any services rendered by third parties, if EECSA and a third person does not have any agreement on it.
- Privacy and Personal Information
- User agrees and understands that he/she is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you used to access the web service.
- User is responsible to the website admin for all actions which are made at account use.
- If a user becomes aware of any unauthorized use of his password or account, User should immediately notify the Website admin at support@aef.kz
- Administration of the website complies with secret messages and the confidentiality of information about users, except in cases envisaged by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- User agrees to the use of personal information in aggregated form for marketing research, users personal information under any circumstances will not be disclosed to third parties.
- If you find information losses, User shall promptly notify EECSA or website admin.
- Additional Terms
- User agrees that EECSA is not responsible for any losses and moral damage caused in connection with the use or inability to use a Service.
- In particular, EECSA will not provide any assurances or guarantees that:
- Services provided by EECSA will meet your requirements;
- Services will not be interrupted, will always be available at a convenient time for you to be safe or will not be prone to errors or failures, or unauthorized attacks;
- Any information obtained by you as a result of use of the Service will be accurate and reliable.
- User agrees that the registration forms for participants and media of Astana Economic Forum have different requirements and field.
- EECSA for its part shall take all necessary measures to ensure smooth and correct operation of the Website, as well as quick response to user requests in the event of technical or other problems that have arisen during the registration or use of the Personal Profile.
- User agrees that when a user requests for services of high level of individual, EECSA can provide chargeable packages of services and must be paid according to the provided invoices.
- The agreement is valid from the date of User's consent to the Terms, from the date of a mark in a window of the first page of the registration form.
- Compliance with laws and regulations when using online services
- All actions associated with the use of the Services, must comply with rules and regulations of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- All potential claims and disputes concerning violations of our User Agreement may be appealed in court, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
